1. About us

The Wee Magic Cupboard is based in Inveraray, Scotland. These terms apply to all purchases made through theweemagiccupboard.co.uk, including The Natural Living Recipe Book (the “ebook”).

2. What you are buying

• The ebook is a digital product, supplied as a PDF download. Nothing is posted to you.
• After payment you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you have any trouble downloading, just get in touch and we will sort it out.
• The ebook is for your own personal use. You are very welcome to make the recipes at home, but please do not share, resell or redistribute the file.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in GBP.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order you have already placed.
• If you choose to add an optional tip for Chantal at checkout, it is entirely voluntary and is added to your order total. Thank you!

4. Delivery

Your download is available straight after your payment is confirmed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at theweemagiccupboard@gmail.com.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Because the ebook is digital content supplied immediately, you ask us to provide it straight away when you order. Once the download has started, you will no longer have the usual 14-day right to cancel.
• If the file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, please contact us and we will fix it or give you a refund.
• If you bought the ebook by mistake, or you have any other concern, please get in touch. We will always do our best to be fair.

6. Recipes and safety

• The recipes are shared in good faith for home use. Please read each recipe fully before you begin.
• Homemade skincare and home care products are made from natural ingredients, and everyone’s skin and sensitivities are different. Please patch test skincare recipes, check each ingredient for any allergy or sensitivity you may have, and stop using a recipe if it causes irritation.
• Some ingredients, such as essential oils, need extra care around children, pregnancy, pets and certain health conditions. If you are unsure, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist first.
• The recipes are not medical advice, and the products you make are not intended to treat or cure any condition. Always keep ingredients out of reach of children and pets.

7. Quality and complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us at theweemagiccupboard@gmail.com with a few details and we will do our best to put it right.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything which cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the ebook, including text, photos, illustrations and recipes, belongs to The Wee Magic Cupboard and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be dealt with in the Scottish courts.
